Since its cold and flu season I have been using Elderberry gummies daily for my 3 children ages 6-10 since October. The syrup was too difficult to get them to drink and the gummies have been easier. I have tried numerous brands and my kids find this one the best tasting - it has a mild flavor and not so sour. I also like that there is 100 mg of Black Elderberry per serving (which is 2 gummies) other brands only had 50 mg per serving. So far we have all been free of any illness and our family usually gets hit with a bug a week or two before Christmas. At this time, this is our go-to gummy.
